CONTRACTING<\/strong>\n\nOnce the User selects a Service and\/or Tourist Product on the Website, he\/she will be redirected to a calendar where he\/she will be able to select the date of realization of the chosen service and\/or tourist product. Subsequently, the User will be able to determine the schedule in which it will be carried out, within the availability offered on the Website; as well as, the number of people, differentiating between adults, students and children with different ages. \n\nReservations are subject to acceptance by MY TOP TOUR; to the availability of the contracted service and\/or tourism product; and to the User\u2019s compliance with and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use.\n\nTo complete the reservation, the User will proceed to fill out a form where his\/her name and surname will be requested, as well as an email for the sending of the reservation voucher (hereinafter,<strong> &#8220;the Voucher&#8221;)<\/strong>. You may also optionally provide your telephone number and comments or observations on the matter. \n\nUpon completion of the form and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the Policies of Use, the User will be directed to the payment gateway (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;<strong>the Gateway&#8221;).<\/strong>\n\nOnce in the Gateway, the User will choose the method of payment, according to his convenience, and the verification and authentication of the same will be carried out. Finally, the User will automatically receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the binding contract (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;<strong>the Contract&#8221;)<\/strong> will be concluded.  \n\nMy Top Tour<strong> <\/strong>has the right not to accept the reservation in the event that the payment information is not approved, or that any other type of incidence related to the General Conditions is detected. When you make a transaction through our Website we will proceed to send you a confirmation email containing the details of the transaction. My Top Tour recommends the User to verify that the details in the confirmation email are correct and keep a copy for your records.  \n\nFor any contracted tourism services and\/or products for which there is no availability on the date or at the time chosen by the User, MY TOP TOUR will take the necessary steps to ensure that the User can use the service or product on another date or during another time slot.\n\nExceptionally, some of the bookings of Services and\/or Tourist Products contracted through the My Top Tour website may be subject to the following conditions<strong> <\/strong>are not carried out through the use of the reservation calendar, but require a request for availability through a contact form. Once the request has been formalized, My Top Tour <strong> <\/strong>will be the one to contact the User directly using the information provided by the User to confirm availability.\n\n<strong>5. WITHDRAWAL PROTOCOL (RETURNS)<\/strong>\n\nFailure to show up for a visit or after the tour start time, as well as failure to carry your ID card or passport for visits that include tickets to the Alhambra or other monuments that require it, will not entitle you to any refund of the amount of the tours purchased.\n\n<strong>The cancellation policy is specified on each product page.<\/strong>\n\nTo request changes or cancellations you must communicate them in writing to the following email address: soporte@mytoptour.es.\n\nSimilarly, according to Law 3\/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of November 16, it is established on the basis of Article 103 (referring to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal) that:\n<ul>\n \t<li>l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAs a result, the customer will be exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above and the cancellation policy applicable to each product, as indicated on the website. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the reservation in the event of withdrawal. \n\nIn the event of a pandemic or other circumstances of force majeure beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, the amount you have paid will be made available to you in the form of a voucher to be used toward any of our products, valid for 2 years; the money paid will not be refunded via bank transfer.\n\n<strong>6.
